With only a few more race weekends left this fall

With only a few more race weekends left this fall season, we know that many of you have already started thinking and planning for 2025. If a spring marathon is on your list, check out this list of dates that mark when a 16-week or 20-week training plan would begin for various race weekends.

Keep in mind, if you are coming off of a fall marathon, you might not need a full 16-20 week buildup. Taking time post-race to recover and take things easy before the next cycle is crucial to stay healthy, happy and ready.

There are SO many spring races, so we mapped this chart out by race weekend date based on some of the more popular races of the season. There are so many reasons to pick a certain race, and time of year is an important one!

Ending the day full of gratitude for community bui

Ending the day full of gratitude for community building! This morning we partnered with @runclubapex for a morning group run on the American Tobacco Trail where everyone could take what they need and run/walk whatever pace they needed to. Movement is medicine and so is connecting with others- we loved gathering with coffee after!

What an amazing morning it was!!

We are officially single digits away from the Rich

We are officially single digits away from the Richmond Marathon Weekend, and we are so excited to be present and cheer for all of our runners! We are also really excited to host a shakeout on Friday morning, 11/15 in collaboration with Another Mother Runner at Ironclad Coffee and Roasters at 8:15am!

Come join us after the race to celebrate as well!! Along with our friends from Pelagic Run Club, we will be celebrating post-race at 3:30pm at Triple Crossing Beer Downtown!

Meet Coach Michelle!!

We love highlighting our awesome coaches, and today we’re spotlighting the amazing Michelle Martin.

Michelle currently lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, two kiddos and dogs and has been involved in the run space for many years! She brings her passion for the sport and expertise in coaching to all athletes that she works with.

In addition to coaching with Pace of Me, Michelle is the Director of Marketing & PR for the Pat Tillman Foundation as well as an active member in her community.

Pace of Me is so lucky to have Michelle on our coaching team as she truly meets runners where they’re at along their journey!
