As a certified coach with the RRCA, I have been coaching both women and men for over 7 years. My services have evolved as I have grown and learned so much about running, health and fitness. My coaching style is personal. I care very much about the people I work with, and while I understand the science of performance I also am very sensitive to all other aspects of life that impact training and racing.
I will push you to be your best and will elevate you to give your all. I will ask you to do hard things because I believe in you, and I will never sacrifice your health or overall wellness along the way. We will work together to help you discover all that is possible for you.
How it works: Prior to beginning our coaching engagement, I will send you a thorough questionnaire to complete and will set up a call for the two of us to discuss your history and your goals and to answer any questions you may have about working with me. I will personally customize a training plan for you and communicate with you regularly as you progress. I believe that the true success of an athlete and coach is founded on a strong relationship and open communication. As such, we will be in touch on an ongoing basis via text, phone and email. My fees are $125/month via PayPal and I request that my clients commit to a 3-month minimum.

“I met Jessica in November 2013 just after I completed my 5th Marine Corps Marathon. I had been following her on social media for a while and really found her to be inspiring. When I met her in person it was as if I had known her for much longer. She was so inviting and engaging – I immediately shared with her that I had running goals in mind but was not sure how to achieve them. My goal – break a 2 hour half marathon.
