As a certified coach with the RRCA, I have been coaching athletes for over 7 years and my services have evolved as I have grown and learned so much. My coaching style is personal. I care very much about the people I work with, and while I understand the science of performance I also am very sensitive to all other aspects of life that impact training and racing.
I will push you to be your best and will elevate you to give your all, I will ask you to do hard things because I believe in you, and I will never sacrifice your health or overall wellness along the way.
How it works: Prior to beginning our coaching engagement, I will send you a thorough questionnaire to complete and will set up a call for the two of us to discuss your history and your goals and to answer any questions you may have about working with me. I will customize a training plan for you and communicate with you regularly as you progress. I upload your workouts and view your training progress using the vdot02 coaching app (free for my athletes) and am also available to you on an ongoing basis via text, phone and email communication. My fees are $125/month via PayPal and I request that my athletes commit to a 3 month minimum.
